Reset & Integration
A workbook for you if you feel stuck.
A practical, reflective workbook designed to help insight become usable in ordinary life.
Use it to map old patterns, understand what they have been protecting, and practise small, repeatable shifts that support real integration over time. It is designed to be thoughtful rather than overwhelming: enough structure to help you see clearly, enough space to write honestly, and enough gentleness to make change feel possible rather than forced.

Why this workbook exists
Insight is not the same as integration.
Many thoughtful people already know why a pattern began. They recognise their triggers. They understand what they “should” do differently. Yet under pressure, the old response still arrives first.
This workbook is a calm, structured way to explore why that happens, and what helps change become more stable, embodied and repeatable. It is not about pushing yourself harder. It is about noticing where the change process needs more clarity, safety, regulation, context or practice.

What it helps you explore
Six conditions that support lasting change.
The workbook invites you to reflect on where change is supported — and where it may be breaking down — across six practical conditions. Each condition gives you a different way to ask, “What is missing here?” rather than assuming you have failed, lacked discipline, or simply need more motivation.
You will look at whether the pattern is clear enough, whether some part of the old response still feels protective, whether your nervous system can remain steady enough to access choice, and whether the new response has had enough repetition to become familiar.
The aim is not to judge yourself or force improvement, but to understand the conditions under which change becomes possible. When you can see where change is breaking down, the next step can become smaller, kinder and much more realistic.
Map the pattern
Identify the trigger, body signal, meaning, urge, old response, payoff and cost of a repeating pattern.
Understand protection
Explore what the old response may have been trying to prevent, protect or preserve.
Practise integration
Design one small, realistic shift and repeat it gently enough for your system to learn from it.

Seven-day plan
A simple structure for repeated, tolerable change.
The seven-day integration plan helps you work with one pattern at a time. Each day invites reflection, small action, review and return, so the work remains grounded in ordinary life rather than becoming another abstract exercise.
You begin by naming the pattern and choosing one minimum viable shift: something small enough to practise even when life is imperfect. From there, each day helps you notice what happens in the body, what old response appears, what support is needed, and what evidence of learning is beginning to emerge.
The principle is simple: missing a day does not erase previous learning. You return; you do not restart. Integration is not a performance. It is a rhythm of noticing, adjusting and coming back.
“The aim is not perfect transformation. It is more space, more choice, and more grounded self-trust.”

Printed or digital
Order the printed workbook, or receive the digital copy free with the masterclass.
The printed workbook is available through Lulu as a professionally printed copy for those who prefer to write by hand, keep a physical record, or work slowly through the exercises away from a screen.
A digital copy is also emailed free to anyone who watches the Reset & Integration masterclass, so you can begin the work before deciding whether you want the printed version. The digital copy is ideal for immediate access; the printed edition is there if you want something more substantial to return to over time.

A calm first step
Start with the masterclass.
The workbook is most useful when paired with the free masterclass, which explains why change often stalls and how integration becomes possible in real life. Watch the masterclass first, then use the workbook to make the ideas concrete, personal and practical.
