Insight can begin change. Integration takes practice.
A single conversation can create clarity. Sustained change often asks for something more: enough time to notice what happens in real situations, test different responses, learn from what works and what does not, and return to the process with greater precision.
Map what is happening
Clarify the recurring pattern in context: triggers, reactions, meanings, protective functions and the conditions that help keep it in place.
Work with the maintaining system
Explore where regulation, protection, embodiment, context, expectation or repetition may be limiting access to a different response.
Practise integration
Develop realistic shifts, test them between sessions, review what actually happens, and refine the work until the new response is more usable in real life.
Choose the first appointment that works for you.
Select the 8-Week Conscious Integration Intensive in the booking form, then choose an available date and time for your first appointment. Before we meet, begin the free workbook and bring the pattern or notes that stand out. There is no need to complete it all.
If the booking form does not display, open the secure booking form directly.
A clear beginning, with room for the work to develop.
1. Start with the Workbook
Choose one recurring pattern and use the workbook to map what happens, what may be protective and where change seems to break down.
2. Enrol & establish the focus
Book your first appointment, then use your workbook notes as the basis for clarifying what meaningful change would look like in your actual circumstances.
3. Work across eight weeks
We use each appointment and the experience between appointments to observe, test, practise and refine — building continuity rather than repeatedly starting again.
Change becomes useful when it is available in the moment you need it.
The Conscious Integration Intensive is designed to create enough continuity for insight to become practice, and practice to become something you can actually use in daily life.
